Ten of the plates issued hand-colored; other plates may also be found in a hand-colored state, rather than in black and white. One folded leaf of plates is a table, printed on its recto only (pt. 14, facing p. 53). The plan in part 4, printed on the verso of a leaf conjugate with the title page, is to be considered a text illustration and hence is not inlcuded in the count of leaves of plates;
